Meet Julian Perez

I spent two decades in high-end hospitality before founding Wine Country Estate Steward — including years as Estate Chef for one of Napa Valley's most prominent wineries, where my job was never just the work in front of me. It was noticing what a property and the people who owned it would need next, often before they'd thought to ask. That instinct — anticipation, not just reaction — is the whole foundation of this business. I started this business because I saw how many owners in this valley are only here part of the year, trusting their estate to chance in the meantime. I wanted to be the person who makes sure that trust is never misplaced.

Estate stewardship is only part of what I do. My years in hospitality didn't just teach me how to protect a property — they taught me how to foresee the small things that make everything effortless: having the house ready when you arrive, coordinating trusted local services, handling the details you shouldn't have to think about from a distance. That's the concierge side of this business, and it comes from the same instinct as the rest of it.

When you call, it's me who answers — every visit, every conversation. I'm also a proud member of the Napa Chamber of Commerce.

Reach out, and we'll talk through your property and what it needs.
